Learn how to permanently delete your Auto Publisher account and all associated data
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All of your data will be permanently removed.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
Log in to your Auto Publisher account using your email and password.
Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.
On the Account Settings page, you'll see a summary of all data associated with your account, including brands, posts, media files, and connections.
Scroll to the 'Danger Zone' section at the bottom of the page and click the 'Delete My Account' button.
Type 'DELETE' in the confirmation dialog to verify you want to permanently delete your account, then click 'Delete Account'.
If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically cancelled when you delete your account. You will not receive any further charges, but you will also lose access to any remaining credits.
We may retain certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons even after account deletion, such as transaction records for fraud prevention or compliance with legal obligations.
Posts that have already been published to social media platforms will not be automatically deleted from those platforms. You will need to manually delete them from each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) if desired.
